In 2006, it won the tender for reform project of water meters with IC card in Hohhot, Inner Mong-olia and provides 30000 meters for the city exclusively. In order to exploit market and meet the dem-and of large-scale corporations for modernization of energy calculation, we push “all purpose card “for domestic, water, electric and gas series products successfully; and in 2005, won the tender of Lianyuan Iron &Steel Group Co. LTD for upgrade and reform for 13000 domestic meters successfully; in 2006, the corporation won the tender for reform project for 60000 domestic meters in the dweller district Changchun First Automotive Works ,changed four meters for one household(including cold water, hot water, electric ,natural gas) and its total amount was about 240,000 which wasthe largest “all purpose card” domestic application project so far. In August, 2007, the corporation won the tender for cha-nging 80000 intelligent water meters with IC card and over 20000 intelligent gas meters with IC card for the dep-artments in seven provinces and one College of Aluminum Corporation of China Limited successfully.
